Step 4 - Import Demo Data
Before you can get started with your Golo theme and have your site look like the demo, you first need to add content to WordPress.
Importing Demo Content
Step 1: Go to Golo Dashboard
Step 2: Click button "Import Demo Data"
If you click the "Install Sample Data" button and get the following error: The PHP max execution time currently is 30. We recommend setting PHP max execution time to at least 300.

Step 3: Choose a demo that you want to import. Click the button "Import"
Step 4: Click button "Continue" and prepare 1 cup of coffee to wait :)
Step 6: Click the button "Refresh Data" to reload all data your site
